Small business owners are people of great passion and almost always great expertise and experience in the products and services of their ventures. But, like everyone, they do not have the full range of experience and skills required to achieve the full potential of their business. They end up working on tasks that they neither have the skills nor aptitude for. This is a major source of frustration for them and the origin of the less than optimal performance of their businesses.
My business coaching for the small business company adds an experienced set of hands to your team and I am the one person you will talk with each week (or so) who is solely interested in helping you perform better with less tension. I have a very broad set of experiences and management tools to bring to bear to your business problems. My approach focuses on the problems of the business owner. The most common topics are sales, marketing, improving the overall business process, and understanding and managing the finances of the business. We also spend a lot of time working on improving the amount of time the owner spends “working on the business instead of just in it”. This is key to building a company.
